How I can remove the odor of Bath & Body Works Wallflowers oil spill?

Spilled into the ceramic tiling in the bathroom and now the whole house smells like it.

Ceramic tile can be porous, but I guess that is the grout that has absorbed much of its oil spill. I would try to clean the area first with a degreaser like Simple Green or Zep. You can scrub the grout with a toothbrush. I also want that keeping cleaning the area for a time to give the opportunity to work before cleaning up. I have a product called Bio-Ban buying the product maintenance that kills odors on surfaces would be if the degreaser does not work. Of course, the smell goes away with time, but obviously does not care to wait that long! Good luck to you.
