My kitten has not grown in 3 months you should be worried?

When you took her, Koko, in, had a broken leg, but he recovered and is now perfectly healthy, if not a little in need of attention. It also took into her sister's shadow, so she would have the company. Shadow is growing well, but not is Koko. We had around 3 months, and yet small enough to fit in the hand. Is this something that should concern us, or is everything okay?

Hi Sabrina … as humans sometimes we inherit genes that are pre-determined if we will be taller or shorter, heavier, thinner than our brothers and our parents and if they look anything like them or … another distant relative, an uncle, aunt or grandparents. The cats (all animals for all purposes) are the same. Or are inherited genes of the parents or grandparents, which determines their relative size. A brother may seem to parents, but another entirely separate issue … one higher than another. Cats continue to grow until they are 18-24 months depending on breed background.
