Is this a healthy way to lose weight?

I went to the doctors a week. first thing he said was, basically, I'm fat and that was the main reason was not having a regular period. so I started eating a fruit salad for running water for breakfast one machine running for 30 minutes a day and taking some pills, fat burner green tea, purifying the body, fish oil, and the two bright spots that are all natural pills. and only I want to know if this unhealthy way to lose weight.if so please give me some advice. im 5'5 200 pds and "I have a history of diabetes and pressure high blood just want to be healthy. consist of fruit salad, 2 cups of watermelon, a cup of strawberry banana, orange and kiwi February 1 as well, I like dine for breakfast and that most of the time is not healthy and sometimes a bittersweet pop from if I get hungry.

natural or not, the pills are not the way to lose weight, I'm not a doctor but I advise against it. fruit salad is good, but the cake is not. weight loss adhere to the most important principles first 2-3 liters of water per day, fruit and lots of green veg. NO starchy carbs, pasta, rice potatoes etc NO carbs after 6pm NO sweets, cakes, pastries, a 30 minutes of exercise a day is good as well but you need an active "Lifestyle" to leave the car at home and walk at times, find something do, making new hobbies, sports, dance etc is much more, but take things one step at a time
