Need recipe for Vietnamese Red Chilli garlic – plastic bottle with a picture of Rooster & green cap?

Do you know the recipe for this sauce? I need the recipe I'm addicted to the cause and unfortunately I can not get in my country! Boo Hoo This is an excellent sauce is Vietnamese Chill U.S.. This is a Red chili garlic sauce, by Huy Fong Foods (Rosemead, California). It comes in a plastic bottle (also comes in a Squeezy bottle!). the bottle has Chinese / Vietnamese written on it and has the image of a rooster on it. The cover is green. The bottle says "Tuong Ot Toi Viet Nam" in white letters.

This is my favorite hot sauce. It's called Sriracha. Here's the recipe from a site called www.gourmetsleuth.com / srirachachilisauce.htm. You may also request from this site and they do international shipping. Hope this helps. For those who want them, here is a recipe for making your own Sriracha hot sauce: Fill a container full with the medium cloves garlic, peeled. Fill the rest of the way with 2 (at least) habaneros and a mix of nuts and Serrano pepper pods that have been derived, but not seeded. Add 1 tablespoon non-iodized salt and fill the container (to cover the pods Chile and garlic) with 5% strength white vinegar. Cider vinegar or wine vinegar will work but will a different flavor. As Chile pods re-hydrate top liquid with water or vinegar. After a few days to a week of soaking in vinegar dump the whole mess in the processor food or blender and puree to a smooth thick consistency is reached. If mixture is too thick, can be thinned with vinegar or water. The result is spicy sauce, enough garlic and delicious. 50/50 blend with tomato sauce (tomato sauce of America) made a very good seafood cocktail sauce. Or you can serve as a sauce for chips tortilla. It is very versatile.
