Can I attach silk flowers to fabric with fusible?

I have a sweatshirt Christmas Poinsettia molten silk in it, but can not understand how it was done. How does this when using the fusible web without getting all the iron?

You may want to use a product called Heat and Bond, which is sold in fabric stores. This product is very easy to use. First, iron this product on the fabric, then cut out shape, iron after shape the garment. It really is as easy as that. Heat and Bond comes in various weights, so be sure to select the correct weight and follow the instructions. You will be surprised results and is fully washable, too. Happy Holidays.

At different points on the album, the band`s dark-yet-na¿ve sound nods to Kraftwerk, Suicide, John Carpenter`s film scores, and library music, but that pedigree doesn`t let on how much fun this music is. Silk Flowers are as dark as any goth`s tears, but they`re laughing on the inside, and the way they switch from spooky to witty and back again makes this album hard to shake.
