The lawsuit, filed in the District Court U.S. Richmond by the American Civil Liberties Union, said Murmer dismissal violated his First Amendment rights. It also claims that after being suspended from teaching in December, school officials ordered him not to speak of his suspension, because even said in press interviews.

This should be interesting. I see Richmond taking this shit sitting down (pun intended).
