How often should I feed my tropical fish bait?

I have a small tank (28L) with 10 small tropical fish and generally eat the flakes, but wondered how often should I feed the bait?

As small as fish are, it is necessary to limit food things like live brine shrimp, bloodworms, mosquito larvae, Daphnis and the like. Feed them as much as 3-4 times a week, they will do well to treatment. MM
